When I first read the title I thought you were going to be talking about the movie! LOL My guess is it's piece off a satellite, space shuttle, etc. There's so much flotsam orbiting our planet
Shay... actually there is no info on what it actually is, but I think the same as you. There have been a few of these that have hit the planet. Being that they are hollow it is more than likely just space junk.
